There are plenty of soaps and paper towels to use. Bring extra kitchen supplies to use if you have a few people in your party. The kitchen is minimally stocked with plates, cups, utensils and a couple pots. There’s even a countertop ice maker that makes bullet ice cubes. The kitchen comes with stainless steel kitchen appliances. It is important to limit the use of electricity and turns off everything when you’re away from the house. The house is completely off the grid and runs on solar system with Tesla batteries to power the house. The house is a ranch style house and beautifully furnished. Prior to the trip, we downloaded Google offline map for Joshua Tree to get around since cell service is limited (we have Verizon LTE.) The House It’s highly recommended to arrive to the property before it gets dark as this property is pretty far down the dirt road and the road is dark with no lights. Joshua Tree is approximately 2 hours from Orange County or Los Angeles and is known for Joshua Tree National Park. We arrived at the bubble-tent & house around 6 P.M. How cool is that to lay in a warm and cozy bed while enjoying the twinkling stars? The house comes with a bubble tent, which offers a unique experience to sleep under the stars. There’s a main house with a one bedroom, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, one and a half bathrooms and can sleep up to 5 guests. It’s a great way to get close to nature as possible. If I owned it, it would transform how I use my garden and I would never have to worry about a blower, the weather, or packing it away.Do you want to experience a new way of camping such as sleeping under the stars? With bubble tent, you can have a night under the stars or take the first peek of light on the horizon in the morning. Although it is not portable and therefore you can’t go camping with it, I think it would make the biggest difference in life and be the most useful. My overall favorite is the garden greenhouse. Bubble tents are not cheap and it is worth being on the lookout for discounts or clearance sales so you can get a deal. My advice would be to get the best one you can afford and do not try to cut corners on pricing. In this market though, you do get what you pay for. We all want quality for low cost, no matter what we are buying. Check this before you buy and make sure it comes with a repair kit so you can fix them onsite if you need to. Some manufacturers offer a one-year warranty, some don’t mention anything, others say no refunds unless it is damaged or broken on arrival. Be sure to check you understand what is needed and if the parts are included before you buy them. Some have multiple parts that need inflating, some blowers can be turned off while others can’t and some don’t need a blower and click together like plastic tile work. How Easy Are They To Set UpĪlmost all of the options here are inflatable and can be easily set up but some can be a little tricky. These are not for the adventurer who wants to set up anywhere so bear this in mind. They are also all designed to sit on flat areas, like the beach, your lawn, or a very flat camping area. Some tents are made for any weather and others are just for the summer months, so be sure to pick the right tent for your needs. ![]() Naturally the larger the tent, the more money you will have to spend.
